Consent to the Processing of Personal Data of participants of the International Forum “AI — The Future Today”
By submitting (entering) my personal data in the registration form of the International Forum “AI — The Future Today” on the website https://aiappforum.com, I hereby, of my own free will and in my interests, give specific, informed, voluntary consent to the Event Management Global LLC (registered at the address: 191002, Russia, Vladimirsky municipal district, Bolshaya Moskovskaya Street, 18, letter A, room 13H, office 323) to process my personal data specified during registration, under the following conditions:

I consent to Event Management Global LLC transferring my personal data in the necessary volume to third parties in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, including to partners of Event Management Global LLC, and also, at its discretion, to other organizations upon request from such organizations, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. Such transfer of data will be carried out subject to the third parties' commitment to ensure the confidentiality of the information received and the implementation of legal, organizational, and technical measures necessary to meet the requirements of federal legislation in the field of personal data protection.

This consent is valid from the date of its signing until the date of its revocation by personal request or by sending a written request (including in the form of an electronic document signed with a simple electronic signature or an enhanced qualified electronic signature) electronically to info@event-mg.com or in writing to the following address: 191002, Russia, St. Petersburg, st. Bolshaya Moskovskaya St., Building 18, Building A, Office 323.

I confirm that I have been informed of the possibility of revoking this consent, as well as revoking consent to the processing of my personal data with each operator in the case of transfer of my personal data to other operators. Event Management Global LLC will cease processing personal data and destroy it within one (1) month of receipt of the revocation of this consent, or within the timeframes stipulated by applicable law if no revocation of consent has been made. Upon receipt of the revocation of consent to the processing of personal data by Event Management Global LLC, the right of entry to the venue of the International Forum “AI — The Future Today” will be terminated.

- processing registration for the International Forum “AI — The Future Today,” co-organized by Event Management Global LLC;
- executing contracts for organizing participation in the International Forum “AI — The Future Today,” co-organized by Event Management Global LLC, including providing passes to the International Forum “AI — The Future Today” venue;
- providing information via email or other means regarding participation in the International Forum “AI — The Future Today,” co-organized by Event Management Global LLC.
- I confirm that I have been informed that I may unsubscribe from receiving informational messages by sending an email to info@event-mg.com with the subject line “Unsubscribe from notifications about the International Forum 'AI — The Future Today'.”
